These terms apply to anyone using jacquesgroblerphoto.com. The site is run by Park Studios CC (registration number 2010/104393/23), trading as Jacques Grobler Photography. By using the site you agree to them. Buying a print is covered by the separate Terms of sale.

The photographs

Every photograph on this site is © Jacques Grobler. All rights are reserved. The same goes for the text and the design of the site.

You're welcome to:

• look, browse and buy;
• share a link to any page;
• share a screenshot of a page on social media for personal, non-commercial use, as long as the photograph isn't cropped out of the page and Jacques Grobler is credited.

Without written permission, you may not:

• copy, download, save, print, reproduce or sell any photograph, or any part of one;
• edit, crop, trace or make anything based on a photograph;
• use a photograph on another website, in an advert, on a product, in print, or anywhere else;
• remove or hide a copyright notice, signature or watermark.

Buying a print gives you the print, not the copyright or the right to copy it.

No scraping, no datasets, no training

Search engines may index these pages so people can find them. Apart from that, nobody may use a robot, crawler, scraper or any other automated tool to copy, collect or download photographs or other content from this site.

No content from this site may be added to any dataset, or used to train, test, fine-tune or improve any machine learning model, generative model or similar software, or to make images in the style of these photographs. This applies to everyone, including research and commercial uses.

Text and data mining reservation. All rights to text and data mining of this site's content are expressly reserved, including under Article 4(3) of the European Union Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market. The reservation is also stated in machine-readable form on every page.
